With over 30 years of HR experience across banking, mining, gaming, research, education and consulting, Edmond brings a strategic yet hands-on approach to Human Capital Management. His work covers dispute resolution, the full disciplinary process, training and development, consistent industrial and employee relations practice, and employee effectiveness. He has chaired numerous disciplinary hearings and represented employers at the CCMA. Edmond holds an Honours in Human Resource Development and further qualifications in labour law, education, learning and development, and management. He specialises in collective bargaining, restructuring consultations, and building manager capability so that workplaces function effectively.
